I’m here to help you move better, eat better, and feel better. I understand the struggles of injury, illness, and burnout because I’ve been there. But I’ve also felt the triumph of overcoming—whether in the gym, on the trail, or standing at the summit of Katahdin. Life is full of challenges, and I want to help you transform those obstacles into opportunities for growth and change. I believe in your capacity to heal and to achieve—though the journey might look different than you expect. Let's work together to get you where you want to go.
