Now tell me a little bit about you!
This form isn't a commitment to coaching but rather is an opportunity for us to correspond and be one step closer to a 1:1 consultation.
The Roadmap
I believe in setting expectations and this roadmap serves as a way to do that. The Roadmap is based on my own experience working with clients. I want it to help you better understand the long term investment and pay off of personal training. As I tell all of my clients, this is a marathon, not a sprint. Let's build behaviors that will support you for the rest of your life!
Just Starting:

You’re building consistency with your workouts, even if it’s just 1–2 times per week. You’re learning the foundational movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, core) with good form. You’ve started tracking your workouts to build awareness and see progress over time. You’re focusing on quality over quantity—feeling muscles working, not just moving through the motions. You’re becoming more confident using resistance (bands, dumbbells, barbells, or machines). You’ve noticed that daily activities like walking, lifting, or sitting feel easier. You’re starting to feel stronger, more energized, and more capable in your body.

After A While:

You’re consistently strength training multiple days a week, and it’s becoming part of your routine. You’ve progressed in key lifts—adding reps, increasing resistance, or refining technique. You’ve started to understand the importance of progressive overload. You’re noticing muscle definition, improved endurance, and better recovery. You’re incorporating more variety—different exercises, tempos, and types of workouts (e.g. supersets, circuits). You’re beginning to understand programming concepts like volume, intensity, and de-load weeks. Your confidence in the gym or home setup has grown—you no longer feel like a beginner. You’re feeling empowered, proud of your progress, and connected to your body in a deeper way.

Long Term:

Strength training is a regular, non-negotiable part of your life—it’s part of who you are. You can confidently create or adapt your own workouts to match your goals and life changes. You’ve built noticeable strength, muscle tone, and mobility. You’re continually setting new PRs (personal records) and understand how to cycle training goals (strength, hypertrophy, power, endurance). You understand how strength training supports your longevity, mental health, and overall wellness. You’ve learned how to listen to your body—when to push, when to rest, when to modify. You have a strong mind-muscle connection and love how it feels to challenge yourself physically. Strength training isn’t a chore—it’s a source of joy, discipline, and self-trust. You’re the person others turn to when they need fitness advice. You’ve become the fitness friend that your friends and family affectionately call 'gym rat'.
